Commonly referred to as a “giubo”
This rubber flex disc sits in between the drive shaft and the output shaft of the transmission. It helps absorb vibration while allowing slight flex. This particular component is known to tear or crack as it ages which will cause excessive play within the drive shaft. This will cause excessive noise and vibration. We recommend periodically inspecting this component for cracks or wear.
